Promotion Terms:

Entry costs £0.25 plus normal network rates. You must have permission from the bill payer and you may be contacted in the future with relevant offers & promotions.  Promotion closing date 31st December 2006 or until stocks last.

Commencement Date: 19th December 2005

Terms and Conditions:

1) Entry is only open to residents of the United Kingdom and the entrant must have permission from the bill payer.

Competition Exemption Clause:

1)Txtnation, Employees of NICC Ltd. NICC Retailers and their immediate families and any of their subsidiaries, and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.  Any such entries will be deemed invalid.

2) Winners will be contacted through the entrants mobile.

3) Entrants may enter as many times as they like. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed, incomplete, or for electronic entries or winning notifications that are not received or delivered. Any such entries will be
deemed void.

4) Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.  The competition prize draw will take place each calendar month using entries taken from the previous calendar month only.  NICC reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

5) txtNation and NICC take no responsibility for lost, delayed or incomplete entries or winning notifications that are not received or delivered. Any such entries will be deemed void.

6) The winners may be required to participate in future publicity with no fee being paid.

7) The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

8) By entering this competition you are opting in and agreeing that you may be contacted by carefully selected third parties with relevant offers and promotions.

9) Entrants are advised to print and keep safe these Terms and Conditions.

10) This competition shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Prizes

12) Prize winners will be chosen at random unless specified otherwise in the Competition Notice, from all qualifying entries will be chosen on a monthly basis and prizes will be despatched within 28 days of the subsequent months draw. 

13) Prize winners will be notified in the manner and within the time specified on the Competition Notice. Competition winner(s)' names may be published on the Polar Krush website.

14) Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

15) Prizes are awarded at NICC 's discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
